Qualified Staffing is Hiring a Procurement Agent (SL629451712) Near Lawrenceville, GA

Qualified Staffing is currently in search of an experienced Procurement Agent for a distribution company in Lawrenceville, GA! This is a full-time, temp to perm position!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$25, based on experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop sales plan for current accounts and new accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and deliver customized solutions to meet unique needs.
- Execute sales plan and pricing structure to ensure consistent, customized solutions.
- Create purchasing documents as directed to correct inventory discrepancies.
- Confirm all orders for pricing, due date, and correct delivery address.
- Notify Buyers of price discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the vendor, buyer, AP and Receiving when inbound POs have shipping errors, missing product, freight damage or other discrepancies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have specific experience working in a purchasing department
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to use Excel is required.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Polite and persuasive communication skills.
- Detail minded and organized.
- Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Background in sales is a plus.
